Infinix GT 10 Pro Smartphone Could Bring 260W Charging Support: All Details
Infinix recently announced its new 260W fast charging technology and now reports suggest that the company will offer this technology with the upcoming GT 10 Pro smartphone. Infinix has made a name for itself by launching products with high-end features. Earlier, the company introduced the 180W charging feature of its smartphone in a premium mid-range stand.
Now, with a 260W charging speed in its arsenal, the company is ready to update its lineup and bring the GT 10 Pro with the technology. Infinix also introduced 110W wireless charging speed, which could also be part of the Infinix GT 10 Pro’s feature list upon its launch.
The company showcased its charging technology using a 4400mAh battery that uses a 260W charging adapter to give you 100 percent battery in about 8 minutes. According to the report, Infinix will offer a 5,000mAh battery for the GT 10 Pro, so we’ll be eager to see how long it takes to fully charge the larger device.
Other mentioned features of the GT 10 Pro include a 120Hz AMOLED display, and the phone is likely to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Infinix is expected to continue with the 200MP main camera with OIS to improve stability in low light and videos. Realme already offers the GT performance series in several markets, and the same report hints that Infinix is likely to ditch the Zero series and replace it with a new GT series that may debut alongside the GT 10 phones in the coming months.
Infinix has proven that it can match the big boys, but the company needs to work on its software strategy and try to invest more resources to make the platform experience smooth and not distract them from trying again.
